Joan called me back right away as she had a cancellation on the date we wanted. That was pure luck and the rest is history. Joan, her family and staff at Franklin Caterers were awesome to deal with. She made great suggestions for renting the tent and tables, took care of all the menu details as well as linens, and provided the perfect advice for setting up the bar and provided a bartender. They had a wide variety of homemade sauces to choose from, and the sides were a hit -- we chose the smoked corn and black bean salad, potato salad, and green salad. All their staff were friendly and helpful, they left everything spotless and even packed up the leftovers in to-go boxes. The also gifted us with a cute boxed sampler of their BBQ sauces! Dan and Silvia were amazing to work with, I remember them very fondly, just really really awesome people. Their serving staff was great as well. They worked with our budget and created an amazing array of hors d'oeuvres, dishes, and a pasta bar. I liked that we were able to try the menu well before the wedding. We had a fall wedding and the ingredients they used reflected this which I liked. I just can not say enough how amazing the food was. I remember my friends joking that the food changed their life.
