The class lacked organization and didn't flow. It seemed like neither instructor had talked about what order things would be done. If it weren't for people asking questions it would have been very quiet and important information would have been missed. Several times the instructor had their back to the class and was not speaking clearly. The other instructor was often answering their phone or in the back room. There was also no formal ending to the class and no left overs to take home like other cooking classes. Pros: The building was nice and appeared to be clean. Ample parking available. Washrooms clean & well stocked. Waters were refilled often. Food was delicious.

They do have classes to teach you how to make things and they do kids birthday parties. I also have to respect any business that gives teachers 10% or 15% off (sorry I don't remember which). Their staff is always friendly and helpful but they don't give you flyers in the store so if you forget yours you don't get to use the coupons.

Yesterday I came in looking for a calligraphy pen, ink and some paper. I was greeted in a friendly…read moremanner and shorty after looking for what I needed I was approached by a friendly guy looking to see if I needed some help. One item I needed wasn't in stock so he made sure it was on the order list and let me know they were placing an order with the manufacturer on Monday and that if I left my name at the desk they will call me when it arrives. Left the store with way more than I intended and a happy customer. I never bring a purse into this store as I know they have issues with shoplifters. While I know trust goes both ways I also know if this helps deter shoplifters then I am happy to come empty handed. Shoplifting hurts us all so I am all for the measures that help prevent it. Always a friendly bunch and very approachable. Their classes are brilliant and the teachers are extremely patient and want nothing more than to see others take an interest in art.
