Something I've come to appreciate about this place is that they have signs with fabric type written over every gigantic section. I only gave this place 3 stars because the service is hit or miss (usually miss)... it's usually a lot better if you're dealing with someone in their 20's (in my personal experience). Also the prices are not always attached to fabric bolts, that wouldn't necessarily be a problem if I didn't already dislike interacting with the people who work here. It's rare to find trendy fabric here (the way you will at Fabricland) but they have classics and basics at extremely fair prices (and you don't even have to have a membership).

Staff are super friendly and kind. Just an update for those who like gifts that matter They are selling the cutest wooden houses in support of mental health . All the proceeds go the maker which is really amazing. They have a map of Manitoba and come with a little star so you can place your town on the map. For 15-20 dollars they are a steal and will look super cute in my kitchen. The staff said you can email the maker for custom provinces. I think they would make a great gift for a great cause.

No more treacherous stairs to get to this place. I like how they have expanded their offerings in the new larger space (the old Vita Health). Service is always pretty friendly and laid back. They have more changing rooms and a ton of cute casual and party dresses from $80-$150. Lots of accessories like scarves, hats, earrings and necklaces that won't break the bank. It's a fun place to shop and a must stop for me when I am in the Village.

My fabric was double bagged, neatly folded and even wrapped with pretty ribbon! I was beyond thrilled, and all of the fabrics are beautiful, and lovely quality! I had planned on including a photo but am unable to paste it in. Believe me it is gorgeous! Leslie included a thank you note and I am really impressed with the amazing service. I am probably what would be considered a customer from hell, as I am trying to build my stash and ordered 1/2 meters of all my selections. So much work for poor Leslie! I strongly recommend Keystone to anyone looking for quality fabrics at great prices. I would have paid more at my local shops. I will definitely shop here again!

Definitely worth the drive! The store was clean, well-organized, and had great displays of different projects on the walls. And unlike some other stores, there is room to move around and they even have shopping carts (a rare find in fabric stores). Great selection of fabrics and surprisingly great/lower prices. On top of all this, the customer service was incredible! We were greeted upon arrival, had our fabrics carried for us to the cutting table and were helped by several different staff and the manager (who spent a considerable amount of time with us)-- Incredible customer service--retail stores could learn a lot from this crew! Overall, a 5-star experience. I will definitely be a returning customer.
