As you…read morecan see by the comparison photos, I selected something to add warmth and richness to some countertops (the brown square on the right). But, unfortunately, ended up with something reminiscent of Silly Putty covered in pocket lint. He won't take or return our phone calls and refuses to refund the down-payment we gave him for $4850. Tim couldn't find a match for a tile (that our new contractor found, no problem), he inflated the cabinet price $20000, charging us $55000 for cabinets that his cost was $35000. He wanted us to go with low-end cabinets that had 2 custom-made cabinets that would only be an 80% match with the stock cabinets they had. We were $10000-$25000 over his estimate before he even got started and had to pay $4850 to find out he was a lying, unethical crook. He won't return our phone calls and refuses to give us a refund.
