My husband called and left a voicemail the same night letting them know that the machine was not working. They were closed the next day and wouldn't be back until that Wednesday. We told him that we didn't want it and they told us we would have to pay a 25% restock fee. Why would we have to pay a restock fee when it didn't work when we got it. I'm warning anyone who is planning to go there to check your merchandise out before you leave that store or get something in writing stating that you can bring it back if it's not working.
