He promised to start with the floor but left one guy all day who tiled the wall instead -- completely wrong. The waterproofing was skipped, and the shower floor had to be dug up and redone. Worse, this person wasn't even on Edgar's regular crew -- he just found someone to fill in because he didn't have enough help. The second project was to sand blast the original Douglas fir interior doors, to remove the multiple layers of old paint and repaint them and rehang them. Keeping the original doors was important to us. Third project was to fix 3 posts on our front porch railing. This consisted of rotor hammering the concrete out from around the footing of the posts and welding new sections on and then resetting them in concrete. This project made the porch rails better and stronger than ever! Good quality work by John Cox and crew. We highly recommend Royal Holland. Great for big jobs and small. They do it all.
