I have a somewhat unique hair type that's thick but also can get frizzy and she knew just looking at me what would look good and listened to guidance about what I wanted. She remembered me and exactly what I wanted 6 months later which was amazing. She is a total pro and the best I have found for women's hair. I've paid hundreds for haircuts in search of the best stylist and she is hands down my favorite. Highly recommend, hidden gem. Awesome style too. Will recommend to have patience as their reservation system is more of a flow with it kind of thing so recommend coming when you have an extra bit to wait. Totally worth it though.

I'm grateful Ashley was available and will likely schedule with her in the future!

If TLDR: I paid $227 for the service pictured below and was refused a refund…read more Let me start off this review by saying that the only purpose of this review is to inform future possible customers of the service and experience I personally received and I plan to only state pure facts. I would also like to issue a genuine apology to the assistant manager for my language, as you can imagine, being a 17 yr old girl my appearance is very important to me and this being my first conflict with a "professional" place of business I did not at the time know how best to handle it. I booked on Wednesday the 17th a microfoil and cut with Kathrine (who I will say was very polite) the microfoil is described on their website as being "a technique for ultra-fine precision foiling which creates a seamless shimmer of color" I'll let you decide if the service I received in the pictures below matches that description. When I saw a few days later what had been done to my hair I went back in to the store and asked what could be done, they offered to tone it or re do the service which I appreciated but later called to decline and simply asked for a refund. Because the owner of the store was not in I could not get a refund at that time which is totally fine I understand that however it would be nice for you to include that more obviously on your website. I also would have liked to be informed before starting my service that you would not be able to match my hair color on my roots. And please do not blame me for the way you made my hair look I have another hairstylist who can confirm that your claims of how it's my fault are incorrect. I also feel I was quite overcharged because on your website price estimate it says I will be paying $190.00 however you charged me $215.00 maybe that's because of the other half a bowl of bleach? I'm not sure. I would also like to request that you stop trying to associate me with every poor comment you get on your page, any reviews that I had anything to do with were taken down. I would also like to add that having your sister message my mother about this situation when I guarantee you she hasn't seen what was done is quite immature and shocking. To quote her "do better"

My cons are: (1) within 1 hr of leaving the shop 4 braids came out (2) despite saying several times tbat i did not want long braids she wouldn't go as short as I wanted. To be fair part of the problem could have been the hair...although others have reported using freetress waterwave for PTs. The other part seemed to be that she said she could do something that she really didnt know how to. (3) Although her kids were cute and sweet, they were ready to GO. This would undoubtedly make any mother rush through whatever she was doing, but that doesn't work when you're getting paid big money to do someone's hair. I tried to "fix it" but ultimately had to take it down the next day. Overall I'm sure they'd do great with box braids or something basic... just make sure you've seen their work on what you're trying to get.
