She is so sweet and funny -- she totally makes you feel at home. 2. Laura is very accommodating and collaborative in working with you to get the style you will love. I typically get a foil, cut, and style and have never been disappointed. She keeps notes on her customers so she knows your history should you want to retain a color or style. Laura is really good at looking at photos and duplicating styles. She is not afraid to say 'your hair is too thin or too curly so it won't look like that...but we could do X instead...'. She also was the stylist for my son's wedding. All looked amazing. She even worked with each of us during regular appointments to try out different styles for the big day. I highly recommend her work. She is professional, fun, and wonderful to chat with as you are getting your hair done.

It is not on the website at all. The price continues to increase, with no communication about it. The "rules of engagement" around the senior citizen discount on Tuesdays is also not on the website with regard to the hours that it is honored or what the actual discount is. I've been told conflicting information, which is very frustrating. The "flash sales" for haircuts & coloring that you are frequently texting have fine print that you need to read....the discounted pricing isn't honored by your master stylists. Most of your stylists would be exempt from this pricing, which isn't realized by clients. I have discontinued having my hair colored at this salon because you charge for things that other salons don't (eyebrow coloring, extra moisturizing.) I also wasn't happy with the results that I received. My husband is no longer going to this salon for haircuts. He found a salon that specializes in mens' haircuts that is $5 less without having to jump through hoops for the "Tuesday senior citizen discount."
