We had cheese, olives, bread, and wine to start off the experience. We made a chicken, onion, egg, and potato starter dish, which had a wonderful taste and a great set of textures.
For the main dish, we had cod, with lettuce, potatoes, and bechamel. Also a very tasty meal.
For the final course, we had an egg yolk, sugar cake soaked in a caramel / brandy sauce. It was sweet but very tasty.
Overall an 3.5-hour fantastic culinary journey into Portuguese cooking. We had a wonderful time.
