Ulta made placing my order online and picking up very quick and easy. I parked at curbside, checked in through my email and minutes later a younger girl came to my car and asked for ID. I'm not sure why she opened my bag/broke the seal to show me my items. I know what I ordered and that didn't sit right with me. Service was quick however the handling of my actual order was strange.

It is a very cute location with several different services. Sarah is a very sweet, kind, knowledgeable young woman. I had never had this service before so I didn't know what to expect but Sarah put me immediately at ease and explained the procedure and when I was ready, we began. She has a very gentle touch and I was very comfortable throughout as she explained everything that she was doing. I find this location lovely and the people are extremely kind and I will be returning next month for another appointment.
