I arrived 15-20 minutes early as instructed, yet still waited an additional 30 minutes past my actual appointment time before being brought into an exam room. The nurse who collected my history spent more time with me than the provider did. My time with Carly Kelleher, PA-C, felt extremely rushed--approximately three minutes in total. While I understand the use of a nurse to assist with documentation, the interaction itself was so brief that it raised concerns about how tightly appointments are being scheduled. It did not feel like there was adequate time allocated for patient care. Additionally, I was not asked if I had any other concerns or areas I wanted to address--which I did. There was also no discussion about recent bloodwork, despite the fact that monitoring labs is an important component of the medication we briefly discussed. Overall, the appointment felt rushed and incomplete, and ultimately like a poor use of my time. I will not be returning to this practice or recommending it to others.
