My manicure looked as if I had acrylics on and loved they were able to do an almond shape on them! I came back on Friday to get a full set done and Cindy did my nails. I usually get basic colors, but wanted to do something special this time and she rocked it! I was the only person in the salon, I know it is hard to find and get to, but definitely worth it!! Cindy was very nice and explained to me that some of her coworkers can't speak English well & is always ready to help them with customers if needed. Check this place out, be patient, and feel beautiful! *added reference photo & my nails!

This place is appointment only, but worth it. Had an appointment today for no chip manicure (first…read moretime client is 20$ cash, and a regular no chip is 30) , and a face wax(30). Both ladies were very gentle and kind. First I went to have my waxing done by indre. It's a very tight space but the waxing/multipurpose room was very spacious. I laid down on the bed and she was very gentle and informed me on the parts that would hurt the must which, I appreciated very much. but towards the end she had me look over in a mirror to see which spots she had miss, and I notice my eyebrows and unibrow were still there. She informed me that the eyebrows were "a whole other job", ....ok? That's the one thing that surprised me was, you pay for a full face and eyebrows separately? Eyebrow shaping is an extra 10$, not a lot but still! Full face is full face! Not full face excluding eyebrows! Anyways, she did a beautiful job waxing even plucked some hairs she missed, and took her time to get the job done right. Next I went to get my nails done by Aukse. She really does pay attention to details and really does care about your nails! They look so pretty and perfect oval shape! Thank you guys so much! Will come back to review eyelash lift.

To start our appointment was at 7:00pm and we felt very rushed throughout the service…read more I will say that a lot of the focus was spent on the hair and that overall was the only pleasant part experience. My hair feels soft and smelled great. The service itself was not relaxing for me and my mom, as the employees spent the majority of the session talking. I was also bothered by the fact that people were entering into the room throughout the session to chat with the employees completing our service and my mom is very modest, so this bothered her. The concentration between hair/facial/body isn't evenly split so the hands/feet were quickly completed and not given the attention or time I feel they deserved. I have gone to multiple spas and for an expensive service, I honestly expected more. Update: 05-12-2026 They reached out and offered $80 off my $400 service as a way to reconcile for issues during service. Although it doesn't alter the experience, I appreciate the business actively making strides to address issues.
