He took the time to explain my diagnosis, recommended treatment, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What stood out to me most was how conservative and honest he was with my care; he didn't try to recommend unnecessary treatment, only focusing on what I actually needed and wanted ( 1 crown 1 onlay, 2 fillings). That gave me so much peace of mind coming from another office who tried to upsell/ over diagnose for their own benefit. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident in the QUALITY of care I received and the crowns/fillings material (all white)!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My husband and I FINALLY found a…read moredentist that we can trust and know that we are well taken care of. My husband and I had suffered from some dentists being too rough and always upselling us to do treatments that we're not needed. We even experience a dentist wanting to know how much we make for a living. :-/ But now, we found Dr. O'Braitis and his wonderful team. Everyone made us feel so welcome like we are part of the family. During our consultation, he went over any concerns and anxiety that we may have due to our past experiences. But after he spent time with us, we knew we are finally in good hands. Dr. O'Braitis's team is amazing. When making our appointment with Susan, who works at the front desk as the financial specialist, she made the process so smooth. She took the time to gather our information and work with our schedule. After our consultation, she put together how much everything will cost for both our treatments. It was extremely easy to understand. The treatment plan told us how much the insurance will pay and what we have to pay. NO HIDDEN FEES! She made sure all our questions were answered. If she needed to follow up with the insurance company, she made sure to call us with a follow-up call. Honestly, we never experienced such wonderful customer service. Thank you Susan for going above and beyond. Last, but not least, is Joelann, the WONDERFUL HYGIEIST, for Dr. O'Braitis. She is so amazing. We have never experienced someone like her. She made sure we were very relaxed during our X-rays & cleaning. In between the cleaning, she would stop so we can rest. We would talk and laugh about common interests. For once, the dentist's office was enjoyable. Joelann gave me a tip to use a Water pick because I do not like to floss. So my husband and I invested in one, and now we feel our teeth getting healthy again. Thank you so much Joelann for making our experience so amazing. Dr. O'Braitis has other team members that we have yet worked with, but we can tell they all care about what they do and their patients. His team runs the office very smoothly, so Dr. O'Braitis can take care of all his patients and not feel so rushed. Thank you everyone for making our first experience very rememberable. We are very grateful for all you do and most importantly, for making sure we are relaxed during our treatment.

Let's start with the dreaded shot that no one ever likes, but Dr. Joe has a technique that you don't fill the shot. Seriously, nothing which is the biggest battle when having work done. Dr. Joe was very communicative in the plan, the potential obstacles, and the worst case scenario, so his communication skills is top notch. He also has what seems to be missing in patient care and that is empathy, thank you! Because Dr. Joe is a perfectionist, he was determined to find the root, which he did, packed that baby with enough dental cement that will keep my tooth strong for as long as my body will allow. Total "Yay" moment Now that you all know what a rockstar Dr. Joe is it is only fitting that I also give major props to the front desk who made scheduling super easy, forms done in 1-2 minutes, and then was transparent with my cost. Thank you! The assistant who helped Dr. Joe was also very gentle and worked in sync as if they knew what was needed without speaking. Amazing talent and patient care. If I could give Stunning Smiles 10 stars, I would. Thank you all for making my experience painless while providing an excellent patient experience

Dr Ash and Dr Truong are both so great and also care for us like we are family when we visit. One of my sons got braces this year and Harmony Dentistry works very closely with his orthodontist. This week, my son had a filling fixed, and Harmony was able to call the orthodontist to pop in very quickly to remove one of his bands so the filling could be replaced. How convenient for all of us! Some fun amenities include cold water bottles in the waiting room, Netflix to watch on the ceiling televisions with headphones, and a paraffin wax treatment for your hands if you like! We've recommended Harmony Dentistry to many friends over the years and will continue to do so. It's rare to find a dental practice that combines skill, kindness, and consistency the way they do. I felt uncomfortable after getting so many x-rays and asked for them to stop. She said there were only a few more and tried to push the guard back into my mouth, and I had to move my head to prevent it like a toddler. I got up and left shaking. The reason I felt uncomfortable was that I had gotten x-rays the last three visits, and I was told I HAD to get more because I changed insurance. This turned out not to be true -- my partner, who is on the same insurance, did NOT require x-rays. When I asked about it, Tina gave me multiple conflicting reasons that contradicted my own chart. I don't believe these x-rays were necessary, and I was given a reason for them that wasn't true. I'd encourage anyone going here to request your medical records, as I'm doubtful I'm the only one. A message to the Dr. was unanswered. Shame on both of you.
