I reached out to…read moreYour Community Tree Service for an estimate on taking a couple trees down and cleaning up some dead branches on our maple. Chuck came out the same day I reached out to give me an estimate, talk about service! He was fair with his estimate, even combing jobs to help save us money. I can honestly say that there are not too many companies out there willing to work that hard to help save a homeowner money. In less than 2 weeks of the estimate, they were at my house ready to get the job done. Watching them work confirmed they are masters of the trade. They did exactly what they said they would do and made a tough job look almost effortless. They cleaned making it look as if nothing was ever done. Your Community Tree Service may not be the biggest tree service company around, but I can say they are one of the best. They are a company of honest, hard working guys who are genuinely doing what they love to do. Thank you Chuck & Snickers! You guys truly rock!!I look forward to working with you in the future!

I was impressed by their professionalism and teamwork (by a crew of four, utilizing built-in radios in their helmets for communications). They did an excellent job cleaning the slash and stacking logs to be processed for firewood. They showed up on time and completed the job in four hours, including a trip back to their shop to bring in a tracked excavator. I've worked with two other tree service companies and Wilcox is by far a "monadnock" by comparison, both in terms of performance and cost. Wilcox will be my "go-to" company for all future tree work! Well done guys!

This is a mixed review: I hired Abortech to remove a large…read moretree (Bradford Pear) to trim 2 similar trees, and to remove the tree stump from the tree, all in the front yard. I was VERY happy with the work done by the 2 men who removed the tree, trimmed the 2 others, and CLEANED UP the yard thoroughly after their work was done -- you would never even know that extensive work was done that day. I am, however, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the tree stump removal (IN THE FRONT YARD!!!). The stump grinding created a great big HOLE in the ground and a HUGE pile of dirt and ground tree stump right next to the hole. He told men that they "never fill in the holes", that's up to the homeowner to do! I am a woman, 77 years old, disabled, and walk, in great pain, with a cane -- and I was left with a great big hole and a huge plle of dirt TO FILL IN MYSELF !! Now I have to find someone to PAY to fill in that hole. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ARBORTECH NEVER INTENDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB, OR THAT THIS WAS THEIR "STANDARD PRACTICE", I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID (WAAAY TOO MUCH!!!) $425 to have one small-to-medium stump ground!!!! And I am left with an unsightly mess on my front lawn. This was a huge ripoff, and not worth the money.
