You should both be very proud of the staff you have working for you and representing your name. From our very first discussions all those years ago, you and your team throughout your Company have been so easy to deal with, always polite and knowledgeable, and happy to help wherever they could. The processes you have in place are very clear, and make for a smooth journey from design, order to fitting. The best testimony of all is how fantastic our windows now look

I recommend this company to anyone who wants a good job done on their property. The two fitters were tidy, helpful, efficient, obliging, and polite, not only to me and my wife, but also to our neighbours. Not once did they complain about anything. I knew that the door canopy might be a tight fit in the available space, but both experts did a sterling job of putting the canopy up, and we have nothing but praise for them. The after-sales attention is also worthy of mention. Two items were found to be damaged upon delivery, but Mr. R. Wood (director) returned shortly after the job was finished and replaced the damaged items. I only wish that I had another house for Northern Roofline to work on!

As the village hall is located in a courtyard setting with a number of houses located very close by it was extremely important that the area was kept clean and tidy during the work with all rubbish removed after completion. The job was fully completed to a great standard and the area was left spotless. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

I am not much of a builder or a painter despite the occasional builders bum (it happens to the best…read moreof us), but I do enjoy it when the rare time arises. After University I moved back home 2 months before deciding to flee the nest once again, during this time I decided that I wanted my room to look 'Moroccan' themed and so decided to paint my room terracotta and yellow. After spending ages on it and stinking the house out with the pong of paint, it was still a bit scruffy, but I was very pleased with myself. It was very satisfying. If you have an urge to paint or re-build something, and think you have the capability to do an alright job, Johnstone's will probably have the bits and bobs you need. They stock a huge range of building and painting supplies, and are much cheaper than your usual chain supplier so you can get on with the job you've been thinking about for ages.

I had to go their with a friend before I realised what this massive building on the corner of the road was. Thankfully now I know. They have a huge range of paint for every occasion - gloss, mat, outside paint, indoor paint - a they can mix up a colour for you. I have a minor phobia of really large stores like B and Q selling this kind of thing as there is always too much to choose from and the tins of paint seem to be piled up to the ceiling. Johnstone's is far easier to manage as it is not so big, its quiet during the week yet they have everything you could possibly need. There is sand paper, brushes, even overalls if you don't want to get your regular clothes covered in paint that will never come out. A wise purchase in my experience.

MT builders put my mind at rest and Me and my husband couldn't be happier. Newly plastered walls and ceiling, electrics, full installation of a kitchen and to be fair, Wren sent the wrong part,-twice, but as soon as the right one was delivered, Brian came straight out to fit it. Professional and it was also the little things that meant a lot too. Things that weren't in the quote but he did, so our kitchen could look the best. Thanks MT builders. I really do appreciate all the work you have done.
Terrible experience, he was wanting payment prior to the agreed timescale, fitted windows, doors,…read moreshowers and much more which he damaged and wouldn't repair. Then he was insulting us and refuses to carry out the snagging works blaming his workmate for everything!!!!!. My advice is to stay clear. I think you left the radio when you had another job and we had to get the floor screeded level as you didn't costing us a further £2000 and you accused the other workman of stealing it. We paid you £9000 for the kitchen fit 8 weeks early and I had to finish myself, and pay for damaged kitchen units which were not damaged on delivery. ££5000 for snagging but you refuse to come back and communicate. We paid £14000 plus much more for works not carried out. As for being I'll mannered, asking you to stop smoking in the house and leaving food on the floor where we live is not unreasonable, leaving the house unoccupied with doors and windows open is not good. You also accused your last customer in Campsall of several similar things when at our property. You got behind with your work through absence and tried to persuade us to change our plans to save you time and you still won't provide an invoice for your works. He is now phoning and texting me abuse on the phone !!!!!!

Sureglaze gave me a competitive price and promised me quality so i let them do the front of my house kinda like a tester, i liked the samples and qualiity of product was probably the best i had seen but i had doubts and felt somthing wasn't right. They said it is cash on completion and you only make payment when the job is done up to your satisfaction so after we agreed on a price i gave the chap a £60 deposit. After this i got calls regularly updating me on the details of the order, surevey and the date they were going to fit, customer service as far as i have seen has been perfect and very organised. The fitters came round last week, this is about 3 weeks after i went ahead. the window fitters first covered all our furniture etc in plastic sheets, then they installed the windows and the front door. After the work was completed they cleaned up and the place was spotless. The one thing i didn't like was cigarette ends left by one of the window fitters in our drive, i don't smoke so don't appreciate that so have let Sureglaze know and they have apologised and said it won't happen again. Overall Sureglaze did an excellent job, i will be getting the back of the house done very soon and hopefully some solar panels in the future if and when i have the money. Anyways hope everyone found my review helpful and it's worth checking out sureglaze.com to see if they cover your area, their well worth it if your looking to replace and old windows and doors for energy efficient ones.
We had the good fortune of using Sureglaze UK to install a patio door and a window in my garage and…read moretwo more windows in the main dwelling. Prior to finalizing on Sureglaze I and my wife had decided to get at least 3 quotes. Out of the three Sureglaze were top when it came to quality of the product. Right from the salesman to the installation the process was very smooth and professional. However, the only problem was that the price was a bit higher than other companies but given the quality we now think it is justified. The bathroom and one bedroom that we did do were so cold but after replacing these windows they are now the warmest part of the house. We wish we had enough money to get the whole house done in one go. So we have decided to save enough money that will allow us to get the remainder of the 7 windows 2 or 3 at a time. I highly recommend Sureglaze from personal experience to anyone thinking of getting their windows or doors done as it is a big decision to make and it must be the right one.
