Browsing the GB makes you feel like you are shopping, RH or Pottery Barn. Also, I am a big fan of Olive and Cocoa, a mail order catalog. My most recent visit, I found several items from the catalog, in TGB and I'd rather buy local, then from a major catalog. This store is amazing, the staff is always eager to help. If you shop like me and don't need help, they are cool with that, too. I can spend my money, without any help. If you're decorating your home, or if you need a gift for mom, your BFF and the school teacher, I'm telling you to come here and shop. Their website states that substitutions will be of equal or higher value and that the overall theme and integrity of the arrangement will remain intact. The arrangement I purchased did not fulfill this promise. For example, in the website picture of the arrangement, there are 8-9 roses. In the delivered arrangement there are 3. Multiple other details are missing and the final product was a sad downgrade to the original. I don't take giving poor reviews lightly as I know this is someone's livelihood. I wrote the owner to express my dissatisfaction and was basically dismissed. I am posting the website arrangement and the delivered product. Buyer beware.

A little under 5 years ago, we bought what was supposed to be a higher quality sectional couch from…read moreKettle River. The salesperson talked us into the protection plan. Fast forward 4.5 years, the couch looks terrible as it's losing its shape and falling apart. Last week, one of the pillows ripped off the back of the couch and we subsequently submitted a protection plan claim. The claim was quickly rejected and so I called the Kettle River Manager. She said it was declined because it was wear and tear over time.. most likely because a pet was sitting on it and it caused the issue. We do have a dog, but it definitely has never sat on the back of the couch. She then tried selling me on using their furniture repair tech (which I'd have to pay for). I obviously declined. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. What I've gained from this experience is Kettle River doesn't expect your furniture to last more than 5 years and even if you purchase a protection plan, they will most likely reject any claims.
