When I arrived was able to just go and let them know i was there and then quickly was taken back to see the Dr. All of the staff was kind, courteous and professional. Dr Eber was great. He answered all of my questions in regards to my ankle injury.

I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time as instructed. After waiting for 45 minutes past the appointment time, I asked, "Can you give me an idea of how long before I'm seen?" And no, I didn't ask it with attitude. I am aware it's not their fault, I just want to know how much longer. They told me they don't know and "couldn't care less how long I've been waiting and I could reschedule if it's a problem". It's REALLY hard to get an appointment so no I didn't want to reschedule, I just wanted to know how much longer I'd be waiting. Then the guy who brought me back says, "I heard you complained about the wait. I've been at this all day, getting my ass handed to me, so if you don't like it, you're free to go elsewhere." And then slammed the door to the room in my face. They have made billing errors and after multiple calls and promises to have it corrected, it is still not corrected and every time I am made to feel as if I am inconveniencing them by asking for resolution. I've asked for an office manager name and number and have been refused. I promise, if there was another option, I'd take it. But there's not.

I went to Rebound during a series of four back-to-back shoulder surgeries - and I've gotta say,…read morehaving them as support really helped me through it all. My PT (Kevin Rhodes) is, hands down, one of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. He was my advocate through every step of my shoulder recovery - and he made me laugh through the pain. Instead of dreading appointments (because, let's be honest, recovery hurts) - I looked forward to the appointments. If you ever have to go to a PT, go to Rebound. They are all incredible, and they actually care. And Kevin, I'm sorry (sort of) for recommending you to everyone I know. I think more people need to experience what it's like to work with a team of people who care. Thank you all!

PTs are booked out 5-6weeks in advance, so if you're new or if your PT leaves and you get shuffled to another, be prepared to wait and wait or get shuffled to another PT, not ideal for consistency. I think it's reasonable that if you're an established patient with a PT, there should be an opening within 2 weeks to see them. It shouldn't be, get an eval, and then we'll put you on a cancellation list and if not, we'll see you in a month or more for treatment. If I hadn't already started with them, I'd go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend until they can hire more staff or get a better system of being able to balance their patient loads.
