The care and service provided by the entire OCR staff was excellent. It is a rare thing to be able to honestly say that these days but it is true. You will work your butt off in PT, but if you are having a procedure done, you already know that its an absolute must to follow the doc's instructions. Today, my knee is doing so much better! This is my second occasion of trying to give OCR the benefit of the double but on this second time,…read moreI had a double hip MRI Monday prior to Christmas and to this day after 3 calls to find out the results I received one call back initially to apologies but they have been busy and they would call tomorrow, never did. I called 2 more times and OCR would not even call me back. After sitting in a treatment room waiting for Rocky Trumper to never see him have to leave and go to work and no call back, no apology etc. Just a truly unfortunate thing as they used to be a good company. That's what too much growth and greed causes I guess. Good thing is now that I have a good relationship with CU Medicine in Boulder/Broomfield. Far more professional, timely and thorough. NO more OCR for me! ps still highly recommend Shawn Grey for shoulder surgery. My one good thing to come out of OCR many years ago.

The therapists have been great....if you can get an appointment. They seem to be too busy for their…read moreown good, I guess a good "problem" to have, but a problem for your patients. PTs are booked out 5-6weeks in advance, so if you're new or if your PT leaves and you get shuffled to another, be prepared to wait and wait or get shuffled to another PT, not ideal for consistency. I think it's reasonable that if you're an established patient with a PT, there should be an opening within 2 weeks to see them. It shouldn't be, get an eval, and then we'll put you on a cancellation list and if not, we'll see you in a month or more for treatment. If I hadn't already started with them, I'd go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend until they can hire more staff or get a better system of being able to balance their patient loads.

Her office staff was professional. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Perfect doctor for a RUNNER!!!!!!! Because she actually runs! Extremely intelligent lady and knows her stuff (even knows all the dates for the races in Colorado). X-rays are done in office as soon as she orders them. She doesn't mess around or waste time. And listens and explains everything very thoroughly. Super happy to find her and highly recommend her! Side note: She takes Banner health insurance ( not sure which others)

I was told they didn't know and I needed to call my insurance (all doctors offices should know who pays them and who doesn't) so I said I can't find it on the website I think I may need to cancel my appointment but let me call. So I stepped out to call my insurance and when I found out they were in network I walked back in excited for my appointment. It was 11:46 and she told me that they were no longer able to see me, and they would need to reschedule. Needless to say I had already left work early and was standing in front of them ready for my appt. I asked that she ask the dr again if they would be able to see me since they didn't rescheduled my appointment and she said no. The only time they would be able to get me in was a week later at 10... overall I left and will find a new orthopedic surgeon if that is how they treat customers that are in the office ready for a appointment and they won't take 5 second to just add my name back into the schedule.
