And after the claim was filed, i called them 3-4 times a day, and left messages, the agent i was dealt with didn't ever pick up the phone, and not calling back, i eventually get talk to the agent, and she is evaluate that it is word against word, and it's not their responsibility even their insured in driving the wrong way on the one way street. The agent said "people drive on the wrong way all the time, you should look" REALLY??? This company has waste so much my emotion and time, please stay away from them. I honestly can't imagine how can they still in business with this kind of service and attitude.

I found the staff at Edwards to be cordial as well as enlightening , taking time to better educate me on the various nuances of their business ( coverage limits, deductible limits, enhancement endorsements, riders etc) , helping me become a more discerning consumer. The net result was, a homeowner policy with better limits, a more reasonable deductible, and fair premiums. On top of that, I received a 30% discount for adding my auto as well! Chris was personable and knowledgable , even if his humor was a little lame ( sorry Chris) lol. I had never made a claim with AAA yet recently after leaving my car lights on the car would not start. Since I Pay AAA Insurance for Road Side Assistance, I contacted them. Road Side assistance did show up with a van full of batteries to sell. I explained that my car only needed a jump start. The tech proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I should replace my battery. After much to do he brought out his battery booster kit for jump starting cars. It did not start the car and he said it was because my battery had been drained of too much power. Because I was not going to purchase a new battery, HE LEFT. Yes AAA rode side service left me stranded. I called a friend and without a problem we jump started my car. Four months later that same battery continues to start my car every day. Afterwards trying to deal with AAA regarding this situation was always the same "I'm sorry this should not of happened. Please call back and ask for xxxx department for assistance." After hours on the phone with AAA I was told that the tech followed company procedures. AAA was ok that I was left stranded since I didn't want to buy a unnecessary new battery from them. Imagine how AAA would handle a claim if my home had a fire or my car was in an accident. I don't need to find out, I already know how AAA handles claims. There are plenty of other companies that sell reputable insurance.

Her new insurance carrier did send over an e-signed cancellation and several e-mails. They must like to harass senior citizens. A couple of years ago they flew a drone over her house and told her they would cancel her HO policy unless it was replaced. I then had to send pictures to prove it was taken care of.
