Three specific problems:…read more 1) Low quality work: I found not fewer than three errors on the HUD1 that was offered to me at closing.  A title company's bread and butter is meticulous, error-free work.  Court Square didn't deliver. 2) Unprofessional customer service: The owner of the company sent disparaging comments in email about me to an employee, who then accidentally forwarded it to me. Wow. 3) Poor physical environment: Court Square Title's offices are in a run-down low-end strip mall with poorly functioning AC and a dirty restroom.  I honestly don't think I've been in worse offices for a closing.  Definitely not a confidence-builder. There are several title companies in Charlottesville VA that do quality work in a pleasant environment to justify the high prices they charge. Unfortunately, Court Square Title of Charlottesville is not one of them. IMHO, of course.
