For the bottle service, they gave us 2 bottles of Espolòn and some juices which carried us through the night. For our appetizers, we had fries and buffalo chicken bites. They were very, very basic and came in a checkered basket. Also, we brought a birthday cake and the staff kindly helped us to present the cake with sparklers. I'm not sure when the promo will end, so call ahead to check! I'll preface by saying I have been to a lot of the other karaoke places in Chinatown. The rooms were clean and the furniture was better quality than some other places. The TV screen is HUGE, which is a plus. Aside from the lounge seats there were also little Ottomans for people to sit on and move around, so we moved those out of the way when people were dancing in front of the TV. Keep in mind that if your room is as full as ours was it is hard to dance and sing while reading the lyrics on the screen unless you moved around haha. At one point in time we tried changing the A/C temperature, but unfortunately I don't think we could change it. The karaoke system is very similar to the Chinese system used at the other places, but I didn't like that we couldn't fast forward through long intros, turn up the mic volume, or even turn up the background music beyond 20 on the screen...maybe their system could do those things, but the employee wasn't able to show us lol (at other places employees gave a better orientation). Still, can't beat that promo price and I like that it's located on the 2nd floor of Chinatown Square!

She just chose to ignore me. Even the gentleman next to me asked if I knew her, because it was so obvious she was ignoring me on purpose. I didn't and don't know her. I was really excited to try a new place but with an employee like that, I'll never return. I was at the front bar, around 1am, Friday/saturday am. And the bartender had dark hair pulled into a bun. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years and am involved with multiple restaurant blogs and articles through Philadelphia and New York. I will definitely be letting everyone know of my experience as it was completely unacceptable. I'm honest confused on what I did wrong. I came in dressed nice, smiling and sat down waiting patiently.
