I came in needing data transferred from one external hard drive (that I thought was faulty) to another new one. About 1/2 hour later, they called and said both were fine and that I could save myself the money by transferring the data myself. After explaining my desires, she showed me her large showroom which included many options for my price point. She helped me settle into to a decision and we secured a transaction. For a nominal fee, she arranged to have her delivery crew remove the old mattress (free delivery, by the way!). The two-man delivery crew was friendly and expedient. They came and left with a smile.
