By the time I returned from shopping that day my feet were raw due to the excessive movement in the shoe as they are too big. I just got back from vacation on 6/22/25 and could not return the shoes before that time as I was out of town. When I called they said there was nothing they could do as far as a return since I was outside the 20 day return policy. Even though I was not in town to return them I asked...no, sorry, that is the policy. I will not be returning to Roberts and am now out of $150 for a pair of shoes that I cannot wear! So much for personalized service. After a 2nd call to Roberts and speaking to the person who sold me the shoes, they agreed to let me return my shoes and order me a new pair.
