In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.

I thought the mishap on the installation was a fluke (left a washer out of the connecting hose!). Now we have this issue and repeated returns over a simple broken belt!!!!
