The guy working inside is on the quieter side, but don't let that fool you--he's basically a walking Milwaukee encyclopedia. Ask a question and he's instantly helpful with recommendations, deals, and what's currently in stock. I did a few laps around the store like I was at Costco making sure I didn't miss anything. Every time I looked confused or circled back, the clerk magically appeared to help. No pressure, no hovering--just solid customer service. SELECTION: Absolutely insane. They have everything Milwaukee makes that Home Depot pretends doesn't exist. Tools, accessories, attachments--stuff you didn't even know you needed until you saw it on the shelf. I found everything I needed for work without that "guess I'll order it online" disappointment. VALUE: I actually got a better deal here than Home Depot (which already felt illegal), AND they stacked my military discount on top. Yes, it can get pricey--because it's Milwaukee--but it's still more affordable than other tool shops. My wallet survived. Barely. FINAL VERDICT: I will happily drive an hour to support this local business instead of feeding the Home Depot machine. I'll definitely be back for insulated tools and more Packout gear... because apparently I have zero self-control when it comes to red tools. 10/10. My toolbox is happier now.

We had Yang the manager assist us with finding items and giving us great information on business accounts perks!! Thanks We've been loyal customers of other Harbor Freight stores for years, so it's fantastic to finally have one close by! The only drawback is the restroom situation. They have two restrooms, but it seems like one is either reserved for employees or is out of order. It's a bit surprising for a brand-new location, but hopefully, they'll have that addressed soon. We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.
