I have been using McCabes Pharmacy at the Pavillions for my prescriptions for well over a year…read more They regularly make mistakes with my medication, leaving items off , meaning I have to go back to get the missing item. The last time this happened was with last months script. With the result I had to go back and request the missing item again. Yesterday when my wife collected my repeat prescription she was told I needed a new prescription for next month. I didn't - again they had to be chased up later the same day to check the script. There was in fact another month left on the script. The staff don't appear to be tuned in. I have collected the script and will not be using McCabes in future for any prescriptions as it is getting beyond a joke. Last year I was given my medication with another persons name and address on the package. The name was the same, but address completely different. They don't appear to have any controls in place. AVOID.

I bought vitamins which happen to have a…read moresecurity tag, the shop assistant went through the motions of removing the tag, alas she didn't remove it, the alarm went off, I was ushered to another till by security. Very targeted behaviour, was treated with contempt as a paying customer. Pharmacy staff are beyond rude, badly managed, badly organised store. I have had too many negative interactions to list, will be taking my money elsewhere. Avoid if you wish to receive adequate service, or service with a smile
