Cheap urn-has to buy one on Amazon that was nicer than theirs at half their price, communication sucked! And so on and so on. It was a hard stressful lesson I learned a little too late. Our family had a very difficult, very disappointing experience with Ventling and will never use…read morethem again. We buried both of our parents within 6 months of each other - you can imagine the grief. And, we live out of town. So, understand our frustration and anger with phone calls that were never returned, follow up on headstones that was inaccurate, and, sadly, a very dismissive and negative attitude from the key salesman who treated us with zero empathy. We finally, finally - 17 months after the first parent died - got her headstone - and a return phone call from a brand-new employee. It took a totally new person in that company to recognize how to treat a customer. In good conscience, we cannot recommend Ventling Memorials to anyone.
