It's almost like the review written by Gus was written by me. Wrong info on death certificate. Obituary not posted until after service. Cremation delayed-rescheduled service due to this. Cheap urn-has to buy one on Amazon that was nicer than theirs at half their price, communication sucked! And so on and so on. It was a hard stressful lesson I learned a little too late. He completely lied to cover his mistake, and contradicted his own story multiple times. I understand mistakes happen, but how do you yell at someone who is mourning a loss just to cover your mistake??? I wish I could give this place zero stars.
