Within Atwater city limits, this company is the only choice for a debris container. They were very…read morebusy, yet quite helpful on the phone. I had to wait several days for delivery and that was ok with our schedule. When the container arrived, we discovered that we didn't have enough clearance from nearby overhead lines. The driver recommended what would fit and I immediately got on the phone and changed my order. They tried their best to squeeze me in the next day, even though they were short-handed. I got the same driver, Chris, who beautifully maneuvered the truck and container to the best spot; setting it down gently in my driveway. Overall, the folks on the phone, the supervisor, and the driver were all a pleasure to work with. The busy schedule and our driveway configuration were the only issues, but completely understandable. Now we can really get to work clearing out this house!

I am a business located in the City of Atwater. I am located next to several businesses and the…read moredumper we all use is tucked away in between two buildings...except on trash day. When the trash is picked up this company leaves the huge blue dumpster IN FRONT of my business. I own a clothing boutique and a huge blue dumpster in front of my store does not attract customers. So every Tuesday and Friday when I come to work I have to move a huge dumpster, on my own, in work clothes. Both myself as well as my property management have called several times. Each time we are assured they will fix the problem. This issue has yet to be fixed and it has been several months now. This is the absolute worst business to work with and I have received zero assistance in resolving this issue. How hard is it to place the dumpster back where you got it? Is it too much to ask to respect other businesses who are trying to run a business and take care of their surrounding areas? I don't know what else to do and given that we've made several attempts to resolve the issue with no improvement, I am leaving the worst possible review. I wish I could give negative stars I'm so frustrated with this business. Take pride in your business and please fix this issue!
