I had a great experience last year buying an Evolution golf cart from Dave's Kingston Karts last year. We love the cart and Tim was great during the sale and delivery. We shipped that cart to Florida. Today, we decided to perhaps buy another cart for our camp in NH. The experience couldn't have been more opposite in a very negative way. We pulled into the parking lot and we walked around looking at the inventory. Noone was outside to help. Walked into the office and Tim was at his desk doing paperwork. Asked fewM850i questions and he indifferently answered our questions. We looked at a used Clubcar cart that Tim gave us a price of $5999.. yet their website advertised it for $4999. We actually decided to buy a new Evolution cart in the showroom.. for cash.. provided we could pick it up the next day (I'm having shoulder surgery next week and I won't be able pick it up for many weeks). Tim didn't blink an eye and said sorry, not possible. So we walked out with our $8000 check. We stopped by on a Saturday and they were closed, we drove around the back of the building and "lucky" for us, Lucky who works there was brushing snow off of the golf carts. He took the time to educate us on the carts, batteries, delivery possibilities and more. We picked out a golf cart and Lucky helped us seal the deal. The golf cart was a gift that would need to be delivered to Vermont. Dave, the owner was just as helpful telling me he would be delivering the golf cart himself. Because it was a surprise gift, Dave made sure the big car-sized bow I gave him was displayed on the cart upon delivery. Thank you Lucky and Dave for making this transaction easy and fun! No resolution or even understanding of what the problem is with a machine we use for light duty chores daily on our farm. No proactive updates from this dealership. We have to continue to call and ask for updates. No progress! I would NEVER recommend the intimidator nor this dealership based on experience. read more

Kingston's Karts - Over The Top! Truly a New Hampshire Gem. Dave Kingston (owner) and Tim Maloney (Mgr) know how to put it together. Their product knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was a wonderful experience. I originally went to their Epping location to just look at carts and get a feel for my options. My husband and I after spending considerable time with Tim found ourselves placing a special order for two carts with a new product line soon to arrive at their dealership. Mind you, our lengthy conversations were informative and helpful and no sales pressure. Unfortunately, at the time we placed our order, my husband and I did not take into consideration the height advantage of several family members until our order arrived and was scheduled for delivery the next day for a Labor Day family event in New Hampshire. Without hesitation or us feeling uncomfortable Tim assisted in finding us two carts we liked a lot which met all of our objectives and remarkably had them delivered in time for our family outing.
