This time they provided two four-passenger golf carts (with the back seat optionally folding to make a cargo area). They also equipped both carts with lights at our request. The rental process went smoothly and once again communication via text message was excellent. One of the carts had a small problem and they worked with me to solve it remotely. They were also willing to come and replace the cart if needed!

I was unfortunately in the hospital for a week and not up to a lot of walking. There was a minimum of two days so my husband paid it. I tried calling and texting with questions and did not receive a response. We went to pick up what we rented, office was closed. My husband called the number on the contract and someone came. As per the website, we would be able to drive it home if the roads were 35MPH. Done. We were going to also inquire about the $3 a mile delivery if under 25 miles. Well. We were told we could not drive it on the street even though the website stated they were all 100% street legal. We were then told if we wanted to pay for two more days, he'd deliver it for us right then. We were already paying for an extra day that we didn't need. We explained that I had been in the hospital and couldn't walk the neighborhood. We were told again 2 days additional days or he could cancel. No compassion, our 6 year old son started to cry because he knew I'd have to miss it. Guy didn't care. We opted for the refund after trying to reach an agreement. Wow. Horrible service. I don't recommend at all. Too bad too. My husband was looking to purchase one in the future but we will be looking elsewhere.
