He fixed a new pump for our loft conversion shower, fixed two toilets which hadn't been flushing properly, put a new set of taps on our bath and fitted a new shower. All done at great speed to an excellent standard and afterwards there was no evidence of him having been there - everything spotless. And to top it all off his prices are incredibly reasonable.
