Called Shawn with Anchorage Trusted Tree Service and he came out to top my neighbor's tree today. He started cutting branches that were lower than needed for the topping, and dropped one that hit the next door neighbor's house. The Neighbor came out to confront him and Shawn was belligerent, saying that the limb didn't touch the house. Shawn then said that he was going to come back and talk with us, and hopped in his truck and left. The impact from the tree limb was hard enough to knock pictures and posters off of the inside wall of the house and gouge a section of paint off of the house. Shawn will not return our calls.
