I called him and asked him if he would be able to add my charms while I waited and he did just that. The business is located inside the Joe V's on FM 1960 near Aldine Westfield. When I showed him the charms, he asked me where I wanted them to go on my bracelet and just like that he was finished in less than 10 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable. For example a battery replacement on a Brietling Chronometer was over $150 less that a Jeweler in the Galleria area. After 2 months of no response or update, he went back into the store and was told it wasn't ready because they were "sick the past 3 days" and it would be ready Friday, meanwhile the watch has been there for 2 months. Finally went back in today to pick up the watch and it still hasn't been touched. He brings it to the back to fix the bezel and comes back up front and says "nothing can get this bezel off" the bezel pops right off with just my bf putting his fingernail underneath it. We finally left after so much frustration and no fix. Do not recommend this place whatsoever!
