Eric installed panels in a low-profile coffered design on our living room ceiling in the first week…read moreof October. His measurements were accurate and the design result looked great but the finished product showed uneven panels that are very noticeable. I pointed out each area that needed to be sanded and repainted, and after briefly sanding and painting those areas, Eric indicated it was done. Eric is a very confident and fast worker. His design capabilities are good, but his finish carpentry skills need improvement. He gave excuses as to the unevenness of the panels, indicated it's a ceiling and wouldn't be noticed, and didn't listen to my desire to have a well designed coffered ceiling with a smooth finish. I have hired a partner, who said the unevenness of the panels was terrible, to sand, putty, and repaint the ceiling. This has been a much more expensive project than I wanted. If I had Eric just install the ceiling design and then hired a painter to make everything even so it would have a smooth finish, I would have been better off. Buyer Beware!

As of today Thursday 9/20/23 no phone calls or emails? How can you run a business if you don't call your your customer back? Very disappointed.
