My husband and I took advantage of the $30 for 30 day offer and went everyday for a week. It was a very non-judgmental environment with participants of varying skill levels. Mats, yoga blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are available for no additional cost. I can't say enough about the joyful spirit of this studio and the care Tatsiana has for each of her clients. We felt welcomed, embraced, peaceful, and physically challenged. We had several classes with Tatsiana both beginner and intermediate classes and had an amazing experience. Beginner classes are a great way to deeply stretch in a safe and gentle way. Intermediate was the perfect higher speed sequences and longer poses. Aromatherapy is available in most classes as well - be sure to let the instructor know your preferences. We had class with Tatsiana and Astrid who vary in style but are both excellent and gave adjustments when needed - very appreciated. Give it a try - drop in is only $12! What are you waiting for? The atmosphere of the studio is just as good as anything you'll find in Madison - in my opinion, better. As you can see from pictures on the website, the studio is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't have a wall of windows like most yoga studios in Madison. Instead, it's located in the lower-level of a beautifully renovated old wood building in downtown Evansville. Its dark and quiet atmosphere are just what I need though to get into a super quiet and deep meditative state. In addition to the beautiful studio, True Nature also offers some truly amazing instructors. A yoga class is only as good as its instructor, and the ones at True Nature are absolutely wonderful. They emphasize alignment and technique over difficulty, and strongly encourage each individual to listen to their own body first - which was really refreshing for me. Their teaching style might not be for everyone, but it was just what I was looking for. I've tried yoga a handful of times before, but it wasn't until I got to True Nature that I finally "got it." In fact, now I can't seem to get enough of it!

The layout of the studio is a little strange at an angle an the sun beams on the one corner, but I love the floor to ceiling windows. During COVID, they have sold some equipment for at home workouts. I was able to purchase the sliding discs and the squishy ball and both have kepy up really well!
