We found Premier Detailers online at a competitive price and decided to give them a try to have our car detailed on site at our condo building. We are thrilled with the results and cannot sing the praises of Miguel loud enough. From the booking over the phone to his promptness in arriving at the scheduled time, his professionalism, politeness and our excitement with the results, we will definitely be referring him to all of our friends. Miguel came with his own water source although we have one available in our condo complex. He cleaned and polished EVERY inch of our car and even covered our floor mats with plastic coverings so we could use the car until the mats were fully dry. Our car looks brand new and we are extremely happy we took the chance using Miguel/Premier Detailers without any prior knowledge of his services. We highly suggest you give him a try, you won't be disappointed. I usually struggle to find the time to give company reviews but his service was so extraordinary that I had to write this! Happy New Year!

My car was detailed by Pedro and a woman he had with him as well. I called Premier Mobile Detailing…read morein WPB and apparently they subbed it out to Pressa Mobile Detailing. I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all

I recently had my car washed here and had a mixed experience…read more On the positive side, the exterior came out shiny and the interior was vacuumed well. The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.
