Not only does the pedal squeak nonstop afterward, which is irritating enough, but the far more serious issue is that the brake pedal becomes dangerously slippery. If someone has to brake suddenly, their foot could slide off the pedal and cause a serious--or potentially fatal--accident. This is not a harmless cleaning mistake. It is a completely unnecessary safety hazard that could get someone injured or killed. Management needs to immediately instruct every employee to stop applying any product whatsoever to brake pedals and make sure this never happens again.

They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

My wheels are still dirty. my car looks like it was never washed or went through a car wash. There's handprints there's bugs still on it. Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.

The drive through is longer time and the cleaning service area is a lot neater and cleaner. Although a lot of times, they aren't stocked on towels. Staff is always nice and gives out car scent if you request one. I have the 3 months special at $10 a month. So far so good!

I would say they have on average, 10 cars there at any one time. And everything from a Toyota to a Rolls Royce and Bentley. I quickly decided to bring mine in and get it detailed (inside and outside). They did a fantastic job, actually the best detail I've eve had; weeks later, my car still looks beautiful. They didn't forget one thing on the car; it's clean, spotless, and perfect. I also had them fix 4 dings/dents in my car, so now it really looks brand new. You can't tell where the damage was, they did phenomenal on the body work! Can't say enough great things. All the guys are friendly, they do great work, and at an affordable price. Would recommend time and time again!! 10/10.
