I would say they have on average, 10 cars there at any one time. And everything from a Toyota to a Rolls Royce and Bentley. I quickly decided to bring mine in and get it detailed (inside and outside). They did a fantastic job, actually the best detail I've eve had; weeks later, my car still looks beautiful. Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.

We found Premier Detailers online at a competitive price and decided to give them a try to have our car detailed on site at our condo building. We are thrilled with the results and cannot sing the praises of Miguel loud enough. From the booking over the phone to his promptness in arriving at the scheduled time, his professionalism, politeness and our excitement with the results, we will definitely be referring him to all of our friends. Miguel came with his own water source although we have one available in our condo complex. He cleaned and polished EVERY inch of our car and even covered our floor mats with plastic coverings so we could use the car until the mats were fully dry. Our car looks brand new and we are extremely happy we took the chance using Miguel/Premier Detailers without any prior knowledge of his services. I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all
