My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.

We decided to try this newly opened car wash. The chain has a few others not far away and seems to…read morebe opening a lot of locations in south Florida. It was easy to check in. We got in line behind a few other cars and it moved pretty fast. They had a separate line for "members" and credit cards. You can buy individual washes or purchase memberships at different levels of services. There were about 4 or 5 tiers -- each one with more features. We chose one with the tire wash/shine and waxes. My husband's car hadn't had a good car wash in months (except for a heavy rain!). We were behind a gal who obviously wasn't familiar with drive through car washes. She did not drive into the ramp right. Plus the gal at the entrance warned us to be careful of her -- she said that the woman told her she was claustrophobic and had never taken a car thru a car wash(!). Meanwhile it did t take much time at all -- with our car in neutral and hands off the wheel) to go through . On the way out we stopped by the vacuum machines. All the hoses had really strong suction. We cleaned our floor mats and used the provided cloths to dry any areas still wet. The car came out looking quite pretty. It was well worth the money. We probably will be back -- and may be even get a membership with unlimited washes.

The drive through was quick and easy and an attendant guided us through. Included with any purchase was the use of the bays, which is located after the wash. Each bay has a very powerful vacuum, towels, air compressor, fragrance sprayer and windshield cleaner - all at no extra cost! The location was very clean and tidy, which only made the experience great. I would recommend that they need some entrance signage on the busy street as I drove by without necessarily knowing it was there. However, if I am ever back in the area, I would definitely use them again.
