Escondido Body Refinishing does a fantastic job on repairing body damage on classic, collectible…read moreautomobiles. I have a Honda S 2000 AP2 model convertible sports car, which is now considered a collectible, so when I damaged my rear bumper, tail-light and left-corner rear panel, I was very concerned about getting the right shop to do the repair work. After getting several quotes, my daughter recommended Escondido Body Refinishing because she was so pleased with her results when they did the repairs on her car. So, I went there and got a bid which was very reasonable and decided to have them do the repairs on my car. The other repair shops said they could not match the paint because it was an 18-year-old car and it had the chicane silver metallic paint which is hard to match. Well, they did an incredible job and matched the paint absolutely perfectly. I could not believe how wonderful my roadster now looks - I was overwhelmed. My car looks brand-new all over again. I highly recommend them for any body repairs you might need on your car or RV; I give them five stars for the quality of their customer service, the quality of work, the exceptional fit and finish, and their excellence in matching the paint (which is extraordinarily well done). You cannot go wrong with these folks.

I was referred to Euro…read moreTrim by a Porsche mechanic, and when I called, the owner (Joey) spent time talking with me about my options - he recommended simply replacing the plastic window rather than replacing the entire top which was working well, and he spoke knowledgeably about the type of plastic to use, the choice to install plastic vs. a new top with glass. The price he quoted was better than any others I had received. He was able to schedule me right away and the repair was done fast. Throughout he was easy to communicate with, and he contacted me regularly via text and phone to let me know how things were going, when it would be done, etc. When I went to pick up, the work was exceptional. The new window is perfect, and he even installed some hidden internal straps to keep the window taught and prevent it from folding improperly while the top opens (which is what led to the tear in the first place); that extra was his idea and done at no additional cost. He also recommended the best cleaning treatment to use to keep the window looking good and clear. Overall, this was fabulous. Highest quality work and lowest price. What more could I ask?

I'm genuinely disappointed to be writing this review because I previously trusted this company…read moreafter having a great experience with my first vehicle. When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!
