Back in 2021 we moved my mom out of her house of 20 years, and and it was an absolute wreck when we were done. Unfortunately my mom was a hoarder, and had a dog, so the condition of the floors, walls, windows, appliances, EVERYTHING was dire. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. She was honest and thorough in her quote, did exactly what she said she would, and did it exactly when she said she would do it. Remarkable. Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely!
