The Salad Station, located in Germantown, TN, is one of my favorite salad places! They offer wraps,…read moresoup, seafood salad, and much more. You can make your salad from start to finish or have it made for you. The restaurant has spacious parking, so you don't have to worry about that. It gets very busy during lunchtime, but you'll be in and out quickly. Instructions for building your salad or wrap are posted on the wall. There are numerous healthy options to choose from. For example, I had the Southwest Salad, which included Romaine, Black Bean and Corn Salad, Pico, Avocado, Cheddar Jack Cheese, Roasted Chicken or Shrimp, Tortilla Strips, Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, and it came with a Slice of Pita. I added shrimp as my protein. I was full and I felt light after eating it. If you need a quick health bite to eat, please try Salad Station.

The instructions are displayed but I was still a bit lost and just then Maiya showed up! She was very polite and helpful and walked me through the process. So you basically build your own salad fixings and weigh it at the end. You have the option to have the salad chopped up also. There is also a potato bar with all salad bar options to add and soup is also available here. All items are weighed (rice weighed separately) so be careful when adding your ingredients. The place was very clean and staff was helpful.

They do have a waitlist that's available if you'd like to add your name to it. We ordered calamari and mozzarella sticks as appetizers. The mozzarella sticks arrived hot and my family enjoyed them;however, the calamari was warm and rubbery. I've had better calamari, but I wasn't expecting exceptional. They were fried nicely and seasoned ok, but I wouldn't order them again. Entrees were Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. Both came out hot, but we ended up taking the meals home. The few bites I had of the Chicken Tortelloni were ok, but I was full from the soups I ordered. The Zuppa Toscana and the Chicken & Gnocchi soups were flavorful. The Zuppa was described as a creamy broth, it was a broth but not what I would describe as creamy. Overall it was a decent meal, I haven't been to Olive Garden a very long time, but the service was good and our waitress was really nice.

Decided to treat myself for a lunch date and thought of my favorite spots that I haven't visit in…read moreawhile. Went as soon as they opened up and was the only one sitting while others were ordering for pickup. I sat by the window inside but it does have a nice shaded outdoor patio area. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She even answered my question about the Hattoek. As I was finishing my meal, she put my noodles on the to-go container since it can be tricky. I ordered the Fried Mandus, medium curry ramen (sub chicken for extra beef) & Hattoek. It's just as I remembered it. The curry sauce was yummy and the beef paired perfectly. Next time, I'll get extra veggies with it too. 1st time trying Hattoek and it was nice. The ice cream was a little nutty and donuts filled with warm cinnamon. As long as this place is opened, I will always be a customer.

I've only eaten at one Korean restaurant before. But, what I can tell you is that what I had (Crazy Bi-Bien Noodle) was really good. It was very filling and I ended up taking almost half of it home. My companion had the Bi-Bim Naengmyeon which she really liked. Both came in around $24 which I thought was very reasonable for the quality and price. There was only one server and she seemed overwhelmed. When we arrived, there were only two other tables that were occupied. However, the place filled up quickly after that so she was very busy. The have an open patio with 3 or 4 tables and an enclosed patio with maybe 15 or so table.Highly recommended!
