All I needed was access to a unit my partner has paid for in full not late on not behind on until July 1st when the next rent fees are due which the plan was to move everything out of the unit this weekend to avoid any further charges or fees period... I am in shock tbh by this human being and her atrocious behavior to say the least... What kind of world do we live in where people just take favor in being inhumane to other humans because they have nothing else better to do... All I wanted was for her to do the right thing by me and she flat out refused to do so because that would of made her have to do extra work on a Friday 1 hour before she clocks out her words not mine literally... Someone is climbing over the top of the walls and going through belongings and boxes, leaving things in disarray. I feel violated that someone else has gone through my personal things, someone I don't know! They even left a cigarette butt in my unit (I don't smoke). I have contacted the office, and gotten no response. I had the police come out to the facility and filed a police report. They have also left a message and not been able to reach anyone. No one is there, the door is locked even though they have business hours posted. There is no signage indicating when they will return. So if you are currently renting a unit - check it out and start taking pictures every time you are there. I began doing that as it seemed things were a little disturbed. Glad I did, because my belongs were gone through and re-arranged. I have a picture of that as well. I have emailed the company with pictures and all the information and gotten no response. All these years it has been a good facility for the price - but there is no one on site to assist you with anything! If you are looking to begin renting a unit from this location, I would suggest find another storage unit company. Thanks! Hope this helps someone and hope no one else has had the same experience as I have had. I see I can post pictures, but I am going to wait until after the investigation to do that.
