I cancelled my Boost membership just a few hours after I signed up, but after a couple of weeks when I still hadn't had my refunded show up I contacted King Sooper. I have got to give this guy that was taking a pallet of water to put in place of a almost empty one a big thumbs up. We had a 24 pack of water for 3.69. He must have looked in our cart, because we didn't just put it in there, and let us know for 30 cents more, we could get a 40 pk. of water. I know it doesn't seem like much. Today I witnessed a homeless woman breaking into a car in their parking lot. I walked in to tell the security what was happening. Four security guards standing at the front chatting it up, not a care in the world. I told them what was going. Their response was "thanks" and that's it. I went back to my car and these so called security guards didn't even look out the door. Nice job King Soopers security. Worthless. read more

Honestly hate this store.. coming from Washington state we have Fred Meyers which is the same as king Soopers. This store is always out of basic items all the time. It's super small which makes it hard to get through. Staff doesn't scan the coupons you give them and then when you ask about it they just hand you over a dollar.. I'm really thinking of pulling my prescriptions out of the store and going to Albertsons simply because I'm tired of the homeless people that are hanging in the parking lots all the time and the fact that they never have enough shopping carts you're constantly waiting and waiting and waiting for a shopping card it's just not worth it and the price is your higher than anyone around. read more

Today, Friday, July 23rd, about 4:00 I was doing my shopping and there were two people WITHOUT MASKS. A father and teenage daughter were tripping around the store without a mask The INSULT was that they were wearing hats with a NETTING covering their heads. Now, How in the world does this count as MASKS. CDC states that If you are able to walk with in the PUBLIC, You should be able to wear a mask. The ONLY exceptions for not wearing a mask are those with Mental/psychological issues such as PTST/childhood abuse. These people know they can't wear masks so the find other ways to get their groceries. I am VERY ANGRY that KING SOOPERS allowed these two in to the building without masks. WE have been wearing masks since the beginning of this COVID19 when Doctor's were stating to keep safe was to wear MASKS. Now if these people CAN'T WEAR MASKS for what ever reason they SHOULD STAY HOME OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE SHOP FOR THEM.I King Soopers should honor those of us WEARING MASKS Taking Care of each other and NOT Applying the MANDATE from the Government makes me wonder if me and my Family should continue shopping at KING SOOPERS. read more

King Soopers service has declined! During peak busy shopping hours, you're inclined to fetch your own shopping cart, while young staff members converse with each other or are on their cellphones! Rarely do you find adequate cashiers to check customers out, so you must use the self-checkout, wow I think I should get a discount for checking my own groceries..not! To add insult to injury you are not charged a fee to request a cash out from your debit card!! read more

The workers who run departments and check you out are terrific and friendly. However, the store is a terrific mess with workers trying to stock products. Those workers think that I am in their way when I'm the customer and they are in my way. The aisles are too crowded with boxes as racks. With the virus, wouldn't it be better to stick earlier before customers? I will rarely be back and no longer a regular. read more

I picked up a six pack of St. Paulie's beer, and when I got home I noticed it was non alcohol, so I brought it back to the store the next morning and was told I couldn't exchange it, didn't open any bottle, still cold and they wouldn't let me exchange it for the alcohol six pack. I don't shop much there, very seldom at King Soopers anymore because the customer service reps are rude, along with never anyone to bag groceries, poor service! read more

The managers at this establishment are not worried about satisfying their customers or taking care of their staff. After my fiancé was hurt at this store, the store started treating her differently. Especially Jaylene. We have to avoid the store all together because everytime there is somebody with an attitude that ruins our shopping experience in this store, especially it's rude unhelpful managers. Store might as well be ran by monkeys. Management doesn't listen and treats people like trash. If I could rate lower I most definitely would. King Soopers is part of the Kroger comglomerate of grocery stores across the country. The list of stores that are part of this company include: City Market, Ralphs, Krogers, Frys, etc.. I have been to many of these stores in my travels and generally have a good to great experience. The Kings Soopers on 29th Street in Pueblo is the exception by a long shot! The worse store ever! The management at this store is terrible. I stood in line for over 30 minutes at the customer service desk Friday afternoon. There was one person working customer service and over 12 people in line the entire time. The one person working was overwhelmed by a money order and the number of people in line, and either could not, or would not call for help. Customers in line grew frustrated and used their cell phones to try to call the store and request help, but the customer service desk answers the phones. Finally, after 30 minutes, and numerous complaints, two other employees arrived. After I was finally able to complete my business, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he had been called. I waited for over 5 minutes and no one ever came. This store's aisles are obstructed by boxes and displays. I have to wonder if this store has a manager at all. read more

I enjoy the Kroger chain of grocery stores. One reason is the fuel rewards. However I cannot stand this store. Everything is crammed in that two carts can't simply pass by each other. You are constantly cutting people off or unable to pass by in every aisle. It is such a frustrating time at a store I do enjoy. Please make the aisles bigger! read more

The 29th st one in Pueblo is awful ! There is not enough handicapped spots and they let people park illegally in them 2 out of 3 of their motor carts don't work they don't do anything to control the first of the month chaos very understaffed for it read more
