When they came to the door for the delivery my daughter paid for the delivery and we ate the pizza - 2 hours later I checked my account and saw he charged me $76.45 - I immediately called him to discuss the discrepancy and he asked to call me back- that call never came!!! I will never order from them again. This is the first time and last we ordered with the new owners!

They also serve full pizzas but don't always have the full menu by the slice. It's located in a great new commercial strip on Duke, nicely decorated with a modern funky look. Service is good, perhaps a bit pre-occupied, but I get it, new business. With sparkling water and tip my order was $20, which is a lot for lunch. But on the other hand one slice would have been enough and the lemon water is free, so my bad. So glad to have a great new option for eating out.

We opted for the BBQ Chicken as it seemed the easiest to avoid tomatoes (food sensitivities). Even without that topping there was still lots on the pizza with three kinds of peppers, red onion and chicken. Joe finished the pizza by brushing garlic butter on the crust and adding a drizzle of bbq sauce. He also stated that JoVinci's was happy to accommodate our need for no tomatoes and any of their regular pizza could be made on a base of garlic butter instead. This is great news, since others have been unable to meet our "light sauce" request. We've often had to lift up the toppings and scrape off most of the sauce beforehand. We look forward to working our way through their menu to find our family favourites.

Little Jo's pizza isn't bad, but the service and attitude sort of stinks. We once waited for two hours for a pizza. It showed up and they tried to charge us for it even though it was stone cold. I've had calls where I was treated like trash just trying to order a pie. All in all most Pizza in HRM all tastes the same barring some exceptions. We've ordered three times over the past while, and the food is really, really bad. Fish and chips - the fish wasn't just burnt, it was incinerated, and the few fries that were tossed in were undercooked. Pizza was unbelievably tasteless - very skimpy ingredients and cheese...although few ingredients may not be a bad thing, since the mushrooms were really funky. Add to this that I was overcharged two of the three times, and the staff on all three visits were clearly unhappy that they were working, because they didn't smile or use any type of customer service skills they may possess. In fact, they were pretty sullen and even rude. Not even a "thanks for the support", even though I overtipped on two visits, because I know a lot of restaurants are struggling to stay afloat. Oh, and no masks worn by staff, no evidence of sanitizing between customers, and the signage they used to have up about requiring masks, etc are all gone. I'm really sad about this one...ordering here used to be a great experience from beginning to end, and the food was pretty good, but I will vote with my feet and spend my money elsewhere.
