We were overwhelmed by what we didn't know as first time buyers in our late 20's. We were matched with Jacqueline through the Home360 program with SchoolsFirst Credit Union (which we also recommend!) Jacqueline was responsive and so knowledgeable, which is an amazing combination when you know next to nothing. Once we were in escrow she helped explain the documents we were signing so we never felt like we signing our lives away. Our first month in our house we had a small leak (our fault entirely) and she helped us by sending referrals to professionals who could help with repairs. Overall she is so lovely and just the kind of person you want on your team. CA real estate can be a scary market, Jacqueline is someone you can trust to make your experience more seamless.

Her suggestions on the work we ought to do to help our house shine when listed as well as the excellent photos and virtual tour she made of the house for the listing helped us sell quickly and for top dollar. Beyond all that, Rita is a kind, generous person who genuinely cares about her clients, their lives and their success. When we were recently considering selling our home, Cathy was the first and only realtor/broker we contacted. My husband and I were hesitant about the timing to sell our home, since I work full-time from home and was very concerned about disruptions. Once we met with Cathy, she shared she was confident she would sell our home very quickly and came well-prepared with pricing recommendations and the extensive research she had conducted. She also shared she would float our goal to rent back in our home for the summer, and had experience negotiating this. After walking through our home, she made very reasonable recommendations for improvements (including inexpensive but fantastic vendors) and we were able to perform the minor work needed within a week or so. Cathy was on top of every detail, including scheduling the staging which was completely painless, photographer who took amazing photos, and we were off to the races! Cathy conducted extensive pre-marketing beginning on a Monday, and our MLS listing went live that Thursday. She held several private showings the same week on Friday, and two open houses that Saturday / Sunday. We had over 120 visitors each day on Saturday and Sunday, and we were thrilled!! Cathy then recommended setting a deadline of Tuesday for offers, and after one weekend of showings we received a total of 9 offers by our deadline! At least two offers were over asking price, including a couple of all cash offers. Cathy expertly guided us through the entire offer process, including full vetting each offer and providing a comparison line-up for each. We selected 4 for counter offers and sold our home to our top preferred buyer(s) at 50k over asking price (with a rent back and first 30 days free!). We can't thank Cathy enough for making our dreams for this next chapter in our lives come true in every way. The selling process was painless due to Cathy's oversight with every detail from start to finish, and we give her the highest recommendation for your buying or selling needs. Cathy is an expert realtor/broker with a long successful track record, you can't go wrong with her on your team!
