She has been trying to get them to respond and take it to mediation, him and his wife and office will not reply to over 10 polite emails nor phone calls nor even text messages really no aloha, no integrity and apparently even the guy who was working with him on the job at our aunties place quit he stated that Zac, the owner who burned our Disabled elder Aunty, was having him do things that were not do code. And did not do over half the work promised and what got done was not done correctly. BEWARE! That this guy is a claims to be a Christian but has no sense of God's loving kindness and or even doing the right thing! He told my aunty he is a Christian and promised to take really good care of her, and did just the opposite. We have photos, and many witnesses.. lets pray to God that he does the right thing and refunds not only her deposit, but pays for the thousands of dollars of the mess they made and thousands she had to pay to have cleaned up & the thousands of dollars it cost her to get it done properly and up to code.
