A sweet little old lady from Hickory Nut Farm sells all things made out of goat's milk. I didn't buy her cheese or yogurt today, but I bought her goat's milk soap, and goat's milk brownie (as gifts). I also bought delicious corn, tomatoes, cuke, arugula, blueberries, and donut peaches--including organic produce from Gaouette Farm. (Lots of other produce--ranging from kale to beets to watermelon to apples--are available.) One of my favorite vendors is a mushroom purveyor: Mycoterra Farm. The beautiful oyster and shitake mushrooms (coupled with farmer's cheese and organic tomatoes) made for a very tasty lunchtime sandwich.
