I reached out to Anthony on Saturday, November 9, to inquire about light installation for our home. This wasn't for the holidays, but for a special family wedding event on Saturday, November 16. Anthony initially told me he hadn't scheduled his week yet and would let me know if he could fit us in. I understood it might be a busy time with the holidays approaching and appreciated his transparency. A few days later, he confirmed he could install the lights the morning of the event. I even texted him several times during the week to ensure everything was still on track, and each time he reassured me that he would be there as planned. On the morning of the wedding, I reached out one last time to confirm. I sent him a text and followed up with a call, but received no response. As the hours passed with no word from him, I began to worry that he was going to cancel. At around 1:00 p.m., Anthony finally texted me--after I had already rushed to the store to purchase lights and materials--saying he couldn't make it due to his schedule. Here's the bottom line: If you're not sure you can honor a commitment, don't make one. Had Anthony simply told me a day or two before that he couldn't make it, I could've made alternative arrangements. But to cancel the day of, especially when a customer is relying on you for an important event, is not only frustrating but unprofessional. While skills and expertise matter, reliability and communication are far more important. Anthony was neither reliable nor communicative. I understand that things come up, but when that happens, it's critical to be upfront and transparent with customers. I sincerely hope that moving forward, Anthony will improve on these key aspects of customer service. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

Spent about an hour trying to put up the lights I bought at Costco. Then gave up violently and called these guys again. Sent them pics of the lights I bought and extension cords. I also got a timer pole from Home Depot. They came a few days after I texted and set up the lights in 20 min. Looks amazing. Danny said that these are good lights and they're LED so they won't use a lot of electricity. The final quote he gave me via text was $250 if they use my lights and $350 if they lend me their lights. Danny ended up charging me less because he said it wasn't as much work as he had expected. The cost also includes tear-down and there are no hidden fees. I used Venmo to pay him. Seems like they are a very honest company. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Can't wait for my kids to see the lights!
