Last time I was here they only had 1 or 2 egg brands. One was their brand and then another no namer. This time I went they had at least 5-10 different types and brands of eggs. I prefer pasture raised but inflation has all food through the roof. I was so happy that they had options as the last time I was here the only options they had the egg yolks were pale and frail. They have a large Boars head selection of deli meat. A huge meat and fresh vegetable aisle. They have a large selection of iced coffee as well. Pricing is a little higher than other places but the ease and close proximity to my location makes it my go to place. P

There was a constant flow of customers too, which was nice to see. Overall, if you live in the Rocky Point area, it's worth it to stop by on a Sunday morning. Hi Steve, Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate you…read moreoffering to rectify the situation, but there is no need to refund or remake anything. As I mentioned, I have given your staff multiple opportunities, and at this point, I am simply no longer comfortable having them prepare my food. I loved going in there with my kids, and they certainly enjoyed interacting with the little boy who prints and makes his own fidget spinners! I will absolutely continue to support him in every way, but I cannot continue supporting the establishment itself. I wanted to share this feedback directly so you are aware of what is taking place on the floor: Lack of Discretion: Staff members were talking about me out loud right near the register while I was standing there waiting for my call-in order to be ready. They were neither discreet nor whispering. Hostile Service: When I asked for a pickle, an employee snapped, "It's extra!" I fully expect to pay for add-ons--especially on a $30 order for two heroes--but the abrupt, rude delivery was completely unnecessary. Repeated Order Errors: I simply requested mayo on my heroes/rolls and for them to be grilled. After having this order made wrong four separate times, I even asked previously how I should phrase it so it would be prepared correctly. Despite smiling and continuing to bring my breakfast and lunch business to you, I was made to feel unreasonable just for asking for what I paid for. Even basic requests, like simply cutting a hero into four pieces for my children, were messed up. Dismissive Phone Response: When I called earlier to calmly express my frustration, the response was shockingly rude. I was not fishing for free food or a reimbursement; I was offering constructive feedback as a loyal customer. I believe in supporting local businesses, but receiving incorrect orders repeatedly and being treated with blatant disrespect by staff crosses the line. I hope this detailed feedback helps you address these customer service and training issues with your team so future patrons have a better experience. Best regards
