They blocked my Facebook after tagging them in the aftermath of their incompetence, probably hoping to hide it. Imagine blocking someone who gave your company a bad review because you refused to come the day you WERE SUPPOSED TO COME to do your job. NEVER COME HERE theyll probably just not even show up. Now us and our toddler have to sleep together in a cramped living room stacked with furniture from 4 different rooms. This place is pathetic and cant even own up to something they called "a mistake". They did okay with carpet tiles, but we have had major problems with their vinyl planks. Their salesperson helped us pick out the product. Their installer put in the floors. I walked them through our plan before installation. No one ever cautioned us about anything. The floor has not held up well. The've blamed us for not giving enough room for the floor to float, but didn't mention that problem at the time of install. Overall, the planks look warped and the face is peeling up in places. Not a good product, and although it has a 10 year warranty, Nice refused to stand behind it.

Trying to keep work local but hard to do with a business like this. First them came and took out…read morethe bathroom carpeting and water damage on flooring so said they would come back when we called them that flooring was sufficiently dry. They turned off the water behind the toilet and did not turn it back on when they left, by 89 year old father (who is still recovering from a broken hip) had to crawl around and turn back on. Then rescheduled the work for 2 weeks out, got call today that they couldn't come on the date we had scheduled because they had a "big" job that had to be done on that date. When I asked who was on the schedule first, I was told we were but the other job is a "big" job and those people would only be available on the day that we were scheduled and we would have to reschedule. What a way to make your customer feel valued! Told them that was not my problem, we had rescheduled things ourselves in order to accommodate and we wanted the date we had been promised. Was told "we don't want to do business with you" - that makes two of us buddy!!! Save yourself the heading of dealing with incompetence and go to a big box store!!!!!!!!!!!!
