I pretty much didn't know what I had and if I was paying for coverage I didn't need or if I had duplicate coverage. Again, I found Pavel to be a pleasure to work with.

When I had spoken with Sami, we had found out our families hailed from the same country and I figured, since we have that similarity, he would treat me like a sister, like family. He ended up treating me like family he never wanted. The first incident came the day I was speaking to him and expressed my dog had just died and I was grieving. The next day, I receive an email from Jenny Garcia, a representative from his office emailing me about pet insurance. I couldn't believe it. The second incident just happened yesterday. I was actually moving my policies to Geico , and Geico had called Sami's office requesting copies of my current policy, so Sami called me and promised to give me a better deal. He didn't. Not only did he lie about what he was telling me on the phone, he didn't send me the quote or documentation to my phone till after he secured my account information, and the policy is higher than what I was paying at Geico for. I emailed him multiple times telling him that what we discussed over the phone is not what he produced. He stated he would email me the new quote but never did. So I called his office where a woman by the name Of Debbie answered and said he wasn't in, and could she help. I told her I received a quote that didn't have the coverage me and Sami discussed. She asked for my name, and I told her. She says," oh yes, I know you", and continues to tell me he won't be available and to email him (as I have been doing). Tell me why he just called me from his office, and wouldn't even let me get a word in, to the point I had to speak over him, and he had the audacity to give me An attitude, and I had to hang up, due to the fact , that, regardless of the pleading I did with him on the phone to ratify the issue, he refused.
