The next day, I receive an email from Jenny Garcia, a representative from his office emailing me about pet insurance. I couldn't believe it. The second incident just happened yesterday. I was actually moving my policies to Geico , and Geico had called Sami's office requesting copies of my current policy, so Sami called me and promised to give me a better deal. He didn't. Not only did he lie about what he was telling me on the phone, he didn't send me the quote or documentation to my phone till after he secured my account information, and the policy is higher than what I was paying at Geico for. I emailed him multiple times telling him that what we discussed over the phone is not what he produced. He stated he would email me the new quote but never did. So I called his office where a woman by the name Of Debbie answered and said he wasn't in, and could she help. I told her I received a quote that didn't have the coverage me and Sami discussed. She asked for my name, and I told her. She says," oh yes, I know you", and continues to tell me he won't be available and to email him (as I have been doing). Tell me why he just called me from his office, and wouldn't even let me get a word in, to the point I had to speak over him, and he had the audacity to give me An attitude, and I had to hang up, due to the fact , that, regardless of the pleading I did with him on the phone to ratify the issue, he refused. Find an agent that cares about you, is actually willing to listen to what you need, and is honest. Pretending to be a nice guy only gets you so far.
